ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Acceptable Use Policy for SRINOR and Partner. SRINOR provides webhosting services to clients worldwide. We provide these services through a network of Affiliate Companies srinor.com and srinor.no.

This AGREEMENT is by and between you as (hereinafter) 'CLIENT,' and SRINOR as (hereinafter) 'PROVIDER,' and the said parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

1) CLIENT agrees to pay over to PROVIDER sums to be agreed to, in exchange for webhosting services. CLIENT agrees that PROVIDER'S legal liability arising from this arrangement shall in no event exceed the amount paid to PROVIDER in connection with said services.

2) CLIENT may only use services for lawful purposes. Our acceptable use policy is one of zero tolerance. PROVIDER reserves the right immediately to discontinue service to CLIENT without liability, refund, or continuance of any prepaid service fees. The following are unacceptable uses and shall be cause for the immediate termination of web
services without notice to the customer:

Illegal Activity

Unauthorized distribution or copying copyrighted software, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, pornography martial and other illegal activities. PROVIDER reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and all regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution.

Net Abuse

Spamming - sending unsolicited advertising to numerous email addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user; Trolling -- posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses;
Mail-bombing - sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user.

Spamming by third parties to promote a web site hosted by PROVIDER, using a non-existing email return address on a commercial solicitation, subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive
number of or to inappropriate newsgroups are in violation of our company police.

In addition to termination of service without refund, PROVIDER will charge CLIENT One Dollar ($1.00) per email recipient for any such activity. Posting information, violating trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights or intentionally inflicting emotional distress, posting of private, defamatory, scandalous, or information about a person without their consent violates Norwegian low.
In all instances, PROVIDER reserves the right to determine what defines the term 'Net abuse.'

Misuse of system resources

Attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system. Hacking or otherwise altering of a site owned and operated by another person. PROVIDER reserves the right to report such illegal activities to any and all regulatory, administrative and/or governmental authorities for appropriate prosecution.

Any attempt to gain root access to any of our servers, or to load any type of 'sniffing' program, or any irc bot, or any program which we in our sole discretion adjudge to be malicious and/or harmful to our system, shall be grounds for immediate and complete termination of service without any refund or recourse.


3) GUARANTEE. PROVIDER agrees to grant to CLIENT a moneyback guarantee for services rendered, provided always that CLIENT agrees to the following terms for said guarantee: CLIENT agrees to try out the services
provided by PROVIDER for a full 30 days. If at that time, CLIENT is unhappy with services provided by PROVIDER, then at that time CLIENT may request a full refund, if and only if a) the account is fully paid for the 30 day period, and b) no violation of our acceptable use policy has taken place, and c) request is made for refund on the 30 day anniversary of the account, via notice to us via email to the email address support@srinor.com It is understood and agreed that the guarantee does NOT cover traffic overage charges, fees paid to internic or any other registrar or other third party, or any other fees and charges which are not for webhosting. Guarantee applies to new service only, not renewal service. Furthermore, since monthly hosting is consumed as it is paid for, no refunds are offered or paid with respect to any monthly hosting payments.

4) CLIENT agrees that if his domain name as reflected in a whois search is still pointing to our servers on the anniversary date
of his signup, client agrees to an automatic renewal via credit card purchase or check or whatever purchase method was originally used, at our 'SINOR' rate, without prior notice. CLIENT hereby specifically authorizes said renewal.

5) CLIENT understands and agrees that it is the responsibility of CLIENT at all times to maintain current backup copies of ALL materials and files which he uploads to our servers. PROVIDER specifically disclaims ANY AND ALL liability for any hard disk crash or other mishap which may result in the loss of CLIENT's files from our servers. Our servers are professionally maintained 24/7 however we can give no guarantee that files will not occasionally be lost.

6) CLIENT understands and agrees that we allow each domain 5 gigs of transfer each month for free. However each gig over the 5 gig free limit is billed at $12/gig. We reserve the right to shutdown any site without notice where traffic bills remain unpaid. Any site in arrears of said traffic payments will not be opened for any reason, unless and until said bills are paid in full. Sites with traffic bills unpaid for 30 days will be deleted without further notice.


7) PROVIDER reserves the right to amend this agreement from time to time, and CLIENT agrees to abide by any and all updated provisions herein.

With respect to domain registration services provided to youby us, you agree to be fully bound by the following agreements:

8) Acceptance of Agreement. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
